CANCELLATION, RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. All goods are made according to the customers placed order.
2. Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different from the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.
3. Return or exchange will only be accepted if the items received are defected from the factory. However, we always make sure our items are in good condition before being delivered to customers.
4. Sale and discounted item (s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
5. Item (s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased.
6. Pre Order Request cannot be changed or cancelled after deposit & full payment have been made and order status changed to “Processing”, otherwise it will result in a forfeiture of the payment.
7. It is your responsibility to ensure the item (s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
